Meridian — Privacy Policy

Short version: no account, no analytics. Your logs and settings stay on your device. The only thing that leaves it is what's needed to look up weather and sun times — and only if you turn those on.

1. No account, no tracking

No sign-in, and no analytics, advertising, or telemetry SDKs. We don't run a server that collects your usage.

2. On your device

Your check-ins, routines, estimates, and settings are saved locally and are removed when you reset or uninstall. We can't see them.

3. Location & weather

If you allow location or set a city, Meridian sends approximate coordinates or that city name to OpenWeatherMap to fetch weather and sunrise/sunset, handled under OpenWeatherMap's own privacy policy. Location is coarse and used only for this lookup. Leave these off and no location leaves your device.

4. Notifications

Morning check-in reminders are scheduled locally on your device; nothing is sent to us.

5. Children

Not directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their data.

6. Changes

Updates appear here with a new date.
