Sleep Rhythm — Terms of Service

Effective date: July 3, 2026

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MOASON (business name: MOASON Network, the "Operator") and users in relation to the use of the "Sleep Rhythm" application (the "Service").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the application and related services the Operator provides so that users can use circadian-rhythm-based sleep improvement features.

2. "User" means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Operator posts these Terms within the Service or on its website so that users can review them.

2. The Operator may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. When amending, the Operator will announce the effective date and reason for the change in advance.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of the Service)

1. As a rule, the Operator provides the Service 24 hours a day, year-round.

2. The Operator may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service when necessary for operational or technical reasons such as system maintenance, expansion, or replacement.

1. Sleep-related information provided by the Service is for reference only and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. The Operator is not liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to use of the Service follow the procedures set by applicable law.
